How to returns & Exchange: –
- Click to return centre.
- Enter order number with email address.
- Select product follow instructions you want to return.
- Once the request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
Return & Exchange Period: –
- Within 3 days of order delivery.
- In the original packaging and all tags intact.
- In the original and unused condition.
Payment returns option: –
- Returned through original payment method.
- For COD orders, we will issue an equivalent value discount vouchers/ transfer to your bank account as per your choice.
Product received damaged: –
- If the purchase product is damaged, faulty, reach out us within 48 hours of the receipt of the delivery date.
Time you will get Refunds: –
Once we received your return package, we will inspect the product and will notify you by an email and will inform you about approval or rejection of refund request. The approve refund request will be proceed within 2-3 business days.
Note: –
We request you to keep the product away from any damaged and dust. In that case we will be unable to refund or exchanges of money.
